Ordering Hours:
We accept orders from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Any orders placed after 6:00 PM will be prepared and delivered first thing the next day.

Delivery Areas:
We deliver across all regions in Qatar.

Shipping Fee:
A flat rate of 20 QAR applies to all orders.

Delivery Time:
Your party supplies will be with you within a maximum of two hours from order confirmation.

Tracking:
Upon dispatch, we will inform you via a WhatsApp message and send a confirmation email with your tracking details.
